How to operate a rubber molding machine?

1. Collect the skeleton and rubber compound in advance, and check that the rubber compound, skeleton,

 and adhesive application are normal. Skeletons with leftover adhesive from the previous application need to be sandblasted and re-adheded before use.

 All skeletons should be left for 4 hours after the topcoat is applied before use. Do not handle the skeleton directly with your hands. Keep gloves clean when loading the mold.

2. After the temperature reaches the process requirements for 15 minutes, turn on the equipment to check if it is operating normally 

and if the mold is functioning properly.

3. Clean the mold cavity, spray a small amount of release agent, and after it dries, correctly place the skeleton into the mold cavity,

 close the mold, press the automatic button, and observe that the mold clamping pressure reaches the required level before starting rubber injection.

4. After the vulcanization reaches the specified time, the mold will automatically open (pay attention to the mold or product during mold opening).

 5. Check if the product is stuck to the upper mold. If so, take immediate measures to prevent damage to the product or mold. 

Switch to manual operation, open the pallet, and remove the product.

6. Inspect the product for defects and place it in designated areas.

7. All supplies must be placed according to regulations. Screwdrivers, mold release agents, and frames must never be placed together.

8. Clean the rubber from the mold and injection cylinder, and repeat the above steps for the next cycle.

9. At the end of the shift, clean and maintain the equipment and molds, organize your supplies, clean the work area, 

place the products in designated locations, and complete the handover record.

Note: Do not touch any items on the mold while the equipment is running.

 If any abnormality occurs, press the emergency stop button before resuming operation.
