1. The operating pressure should not exceed the rated pressure.

2. The minimum size of the mold cannot be smaller than the diameter of the plunger. The mold should be placed in the middle of the hot plate; the working fluid pressure should be adjusted according to the size of the mold and the curing time.

3. The main power supply should be cut off when stopping use.

4. The column nut must be kept tightened during operation and checked regularly for looseness.

5. When testing the machine in an empty car, a 60mm thick backing plate must be placed in the flat plate.

6. The host and control box must have reliable grounding

7. Each contact must be clamped, and regularly check whether there is any looseness.

8. Keep the electrical components and meters clean, and the meters must not be hit or beaten.

9. If the fault is found, the machine should be shut down for maintenance immediately. 

4. Precautions for the use of belt vulcanizing machine. 

1. Before closing the hot plate, it is necessary to check whether the pad iron and the stop iron overlap. Tools, ironware and other foreign objects are not allowed to be placed on the strip blank to avoid damage to the clamping plate or hot plate during the clamping or vulcanization process. 

2. The roller distance at both ends of the tractor roller must be kept equal, and the roller distance must not be adjusted too large to prevent the top gear of the transmission gear. When the belt leader and joint pass, the roller should be properly lifted to avoid damage to the machine parts. 

3. After the conveyor belt is vulcanized, if it is stuck on the hot plate, use a wooden stick to separate the conveyor belt from the hot plate, and not directly use the tractor to pull it apart. 

4. When the heating plate is raised and lowered, the heating plate should be balanced. 

5. When using the scaler, wear protective glasses to prevent damage to the eyes. 

5. Precautions for the use of V-belt jaw plate vulcanizer. 

1. The maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system cannot exceed the rated value. 

2. V-belt within the shortest perimeter and maximum perimeter specified in the manual is vulcanized. 

3. If an abnormal situation is found, it should be shut down for maintenance, and the operation can be continued after the fault is eliminated. 

4. The electrical box should be grounded reliably. 

5. The machine should be used in accordance with the equipment safety operation regulations. 

6. No debris should be placed on the main slot board.
