2. Heating the Barrel

Adjust the machine pressure as needed to meet molding requirements. Generally, the pressure ranges from 0.5 to 3 tons.
4. Producing the Molded Product(rubber mold)
In a rubber injection molding machine, the rubber is injected into the mold through the injection mechanism, and then pressure is applied to perform the molding.
After a period of time, the molded product needs to be removed for subsequent operations such as cooling, shaping, and trimming.
