Hydraulic failure and maintenance of rubber molding machine
1. No display during heating
① The possible reason is that the ammeter is broken;
② The heating tube may be damaged.
2. Abnormal noise
① There is a lot of air in the pipeline;
② The oil filter is blocked;
③ The oil level in the oil tank is too low, and air is exhaled into the pipeline;
④ The oil pump is damaged;
⑤ Make the compressor go up and down several times to exhaust the air, disassemble and clean, add oil, disassemble and repair or replace.
3. No pressure increase or very slow pressure increase
① High-pressure pump failure;
② High-pressure relief valve is not closed;
③ There is a leak in the pipeline;
④ The pressure gauge fails to be disassembled for inspection and repair. After disassembly and cleaning, adjust the pressure correctly, find the leak and remove it, and replace the pressure gauge.
4. Temperature control failure
① The temperature controller fails or the control circuit is broken;
② The electric heating fuse is broken or the wiring is broken;
③ The temperature control instrument core can be disassembled, compared by the exchange method, and the damaged table can be replaced.
5. Heating is slower than normal
① The contactor often opens during the heating process;
② A certain plate is not hot or the temperature is low;
③ After reaching the specified value, the temperature continues to rise, the temperature control regulator fails or part of the heating tube is damaged, the temperature control regulator fails, replace the temperature control regulator, replace the temperature control regulator or heating tube, replace the temperature control regulator.
6. A large amount of oil leaks around the plunger, and the sealing ring is broken. Replace the sealing ring.
7. The plate temperature rises abnormally
Thermal resistor is damaged: For the flat plate electric heating tube with lower temperature, measure the on-off status one by one, and replace the damaged table.
8. Unable to maintain pressure
① The valve seat and valve disc of the drain valve are not sealed tightly
② The valve core in the one-way valve is not sealed
③ Pipeline or oil cylinder leaks: remove, clean, grind or change, check whether the oil cylinder pipe is loose, and then tighten it.
9. The plunger does not rise after starting the machine
① The oil pump does not produce oil. The oil pump may be in the opposite direction or damaged, the oil return valve handle is in the mold opening position, and the motor is reversed;
② Electrically connect or remove the oil pump for maintenance, turn the handle to the correct position, and replace the live wire;
③ Observe the pointer of the temperature controller. If the pointer turns clockwise to the bottom, it means that the thermal resistor wiring is broken or the thermal resistor is burned out.
The following issues should be paid attention to during the maintenance of the vulcanizer:
1. The storage environment of the vulcanizer should be kept dry and well ventilated to avoid moisture in the electrical circuit;
2. Do not use the vulcanizer outdoors on rainy days to prevent water from entering the electric control box and the heating plate;
3. If the working environment is humid and watery, when disassembling and moving the vulcanizer, the ground should be raised with objects to prevent the vulcanizer from direct contact with water;
4. If water enters the heating plate due to improper operation during use, the manufacturer should be contacted for repair first. If emergency repairs are required, open the upper cover of the heating plate, pour out the water first, then set the electric control box to manual operation, heat to 100℃, keep the constant temperature for half an hour, dry the line, and perform belt gluing in manual mode. At the same time, contact the manufacturer in time to replace the entire line.
5. If the vulcanizer is not needed for a long time, the heating plate should be heated every half a month (the temperature is set at 100℃) and the temperature should be maintained for about half an hour;
6. After each use, the water in the water pressure plate should be drained clean, especially in winter. If the water cannot be drained clean, it often causes premature aging of the rubber of the water pressure plate and reduces the service life of the water pressure plate;
The correct way to drain water is to do it after the vulcanization and insulation is completed and before the vulcanizer is disassembled. If the water is drained after the machine is disassembled, the water in the water pressure plate may not be drained cleanly.
