The main function of the plate rubber hydraulic machine is to provide the pressure and temperature required for vulcanization. The pressure is generated by the hydraulic system through the hydraulic cylinder, and the temperature is provided by the heating medium (usually steam). According to the structure of the frame, the flat belt vulcanizing machine can be divided into two types: column type flat belt vulcanizing machine and frame type flat belt Rubber Press; according to the number of working layers, it can be divided into single layer and double layer: according to hydraulic system The working medium can be divided into oil pressure and water pressure.
In the rubber industry, the column flat belt vulcanizing machine is an earlier model. The flat belt vulcanizing machine used in my country in the past is mostly column structure, but now it mostly adopts frame structure.
The failure of the flat vulcanizing machine and the treatment method are as follows:
1. The plunger does not rise after starting up
Reason: ① The oil pump does not deliver oil, and the oil pump may rotate in the opposite direction or be damaged. ② The oil return valve handle is in the mold opening position. ③ The motor is reversed.
Treatment method: ① Electrical connection test or dismantle the oil pump for maintenance ② Pull the handle to the correct position ③ Replace the live wire
2. Abnormal noise
Reason: ① There is a large amount of air in the pipeline ② The oil filter is blocked ③ The oil level in the oil tank is too low, and the air is breathing into the pipe ④ The oil pump is damaged
Treatment method: ① Move the press up and down several times to exhaust the air ② Remove for cleaning ③ Add oil ④ Remove for repair or replacement
3. Will not boost pressure or boost pressure very slowly
Reasons: ① The high-pressure pump failed ② The high-pressure relief valve was not closed ③ There was a leak in the pipeline ④ The pressure gauge failed
Treatment method: ① Disassemble for inspection and repair ② Correctly adjust the pressure after dismantling and cleaning ③ Detect leaks and remove them ④ Replace the pressure gauge
4. Can not hold pressure
Reasons: ① The seat and disc of the drain valve are not tightly sealed. ② The valve core in the one-way valve is not properly sealed. ③ The leakage of the pipeline or cylinder is reduced.
Treatment method: ① Remove, clean, grind or modify ② Check whether the oil inlet cylinder tube is loose, and then tighten it
5. The temperature rise is slower than normal
1) The contactor often opens during the heating process. 2) A certain plate is not hot or the temperature is low. 3) The temperature rises after reaching the specified value.
Reasons: ① the temperature control regulator fails ② the temperature control regulator fails or part of the heating tube is damaged ③ the temperature control regulator fails
Treatment method: ① Replace the temperature control regulator ② Replace the temperature control regulator or heating tube ③ Replace the temperature control regulator
6. A large amount of oil leaks around the plunger
Reason: the sealing ring is broken
Treatment method: replace the sealing ring
7. The temperature of the plate is not normal
Reason: the thermal resistance is damaged
Treatment method: For flat electric heating tubes with lower temperature, measure the on-off conditions one by one, and replace the damaged meter.
8. Temperature control failure
Reason: ① The temperature controller is out of order or the control circuit is broken ② The electric fuse is broken or the wiring is broken
Treatment method: The core of the temperature control instrument can be removed, compared with the exchange method, and exchanged for the damaged meter
9, heating does not display
Reason: ① The possible reason is that the ammeter is broken ② The heating tube may be damaged
Solution: Observe the condition of the pointer of the temperature controller. If the pointer turns to the end clockwise, it indicates that the thermal resistance wiring is broken or the thermal resistance is blown.
10. The tablet does not heat up
Reason: ① The thermal resistance is damaged ② The connecting wires at both ends of the thermal resistance may be burnt
Treatment method: ① Check with exchange method or observe whether the electric contactor is operating when the temperature controller is operating, then connect the disconnection, and replace the temperature controller. ② Replace the fast fuse core or connect the line.
