Management Measures for Hydraulic Press Workshop

1. Purpose: 

Establish a production management system, make it procedural and standardized, maximize the potential of people, improve work efficiency, and complete production tasks on time, quality, and quantity.

2. Implementation of production plan and management of daily work:

2.1 According to the production plan, the workshop director reasonably organizes and arranges personnel for each position;

2.2 Reasonably carry out the comprehensive review of the production plan, and provide accurate pass rate parameters for more effective production.

2.3 Inspect and implement the process implementation, maintain process discipline, handle and solve problems in the production process in a timely manner, and report to the factory in time for problems that are difficult to solve by the department.

2.4 Develop a quality improvement plan every month, summarize the implementation of the last month's quality improvement plan, continuously improve process methods, improve product quality and production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve working conditions;

2.5 Inspect diligently and implement it so that the production site and workplace meet the specified requirements, and at the same time cultivate the good habit of employees to continuously learn new knowledge and accept new management;

2.6 Responsible for the supervision and management of the original records of the workshop to ensure the correctness, timeliness and completeness of the original records;

2.7 According to the reasonable distribution of the total amount, strictly implement the reward and punishment system, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees;

2.8 Inspect the work quality of subordinates in accordance with ISO/9001:2001 standards to standardize and institutionalize the work of the workshop;

2.9 Check the implementation of the production plan, strive to improve product quality, production efficiency and achieve 100% on-time delivery rate;

2.10 Train all employees on labor skills, process discipline, quality awareness, and labor discipline from time to time, so as to achieve safe production and civilized production;

2.11 Process internal and external quality information in a timely manner;

2.12 Cooperate with the audit department to carry out quality audits, and take corrective and preventive measures for the problems and suggestions raised;

2.13 The on-time delivery rate of the monthly work summary and the next month’s work target must be 100% before the 30th of each month;

3 Vulcanization production process

3.1 The vulcanizer is proficient in supporting product standards and processes, and correctly understands and masters the work instructions and pre-work preparations;

3.2 In accordance with product standards and process requirements, check whether the raw material code, unit consumption and quantity are consistent, and strictly abide by the process discipline;

3.3 Strictly abide by the factory rules and regulations, leave the job after asking for leave in advance, do not go to work without any reason, change shifts or substitute shifts without permission (shifts and shifts must be approved by the workshop director);

3.4 Prevent and eliminate abnormal factors, make the process processing in a stable state, and focus on monitoring the key parts and the influencing factors of the key quality characteristic values;

3.5 Change the mold according to the dispatch list;

3.6 Strictly "three-press" production and achieve "three-self"

a. "Three presses" according to the drawings, according to the process, according to the standard production;

b. "Three-self" workers inspect their own products, divide the qualified and unqualified product areas, fill in the "production record card" or other marks by themselves, the operator must self-inspect the product, and the product must be marked when it is produced. Consistent with the product and flow with the product;

3.7 Do a good job of inventory and storage of raw materials, so as to pick up materials according to the amount, special materials for special purposes, and return leftover materials and waste materials in time to prevent mixing;

3.8 Carefully do a good job in the maintenance and correct use of Hydraulic Press Machine, tooling and measuring instruments;

3.9 Civilized production, do a good job of tidying up, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning and fixed location management, maintain a good working environment, and ensure that the work site, equipment, tools, appliances, materials, and semi-finished products are clean and tidy for easy operation to ensure unobstructed passages and remove products All possible factors such as bumps, scratches, shifts, etc.;

3.10 Achieve the management of unqualified products, strictly distinguish the areas of unqualified products and qualified products, and strictly prohibit the products from landing. The unqualified products must be put into the red turnover box and disposed of together with the garbage after get off work (except for recyclable waste);

3.11 Actively invest in improvement activities to improve the phenomenon that is found to be bad, unstable, insufficient, unreasonable, and unbalanced in the position. If the improvement cannot be improved, respond to the workshop director and obey the workshop arrangement;

3.12 Strictly implement the vulcanization operation instructions, and implement the first inspection system for the operation, and only produce after being qualified;

3.13 Fill in the production daily report in a standardized manner.

4 Trimming control

4.1 Be proficient in the product quality requirements, do the corresponding verification work according to the needs before the operation, and can only produce if it meets the requirements;

4.2 It is strictly forbidden to mix flashing and waste products, and it is strictly forbidden to see the phenomenon of large flashing on the ground;

4.3 Complete the production tasks according to the quality and quantity, complete the urgent tasks assigned temporarily, and enter the warehouse strictly according to the required time;

4.4 Strictly distinguish between qualified and non-conforming product areas, and do a good job of tracking and marking;

4.5 Correctly place and use workstation rubber press, and do not shift to work when going to work;

4.6 Fill in the production record card in a standardized manner;

4.7 Do a good job in the management of sorting, rectification, cleaning, cleaning and fixed placement, not to place sundries irrelevant to work, and maintain a good working environment;

4.8 The products to be repaired, inspected, and waste must be clearly marked, and the markings are not allowed to be worn, and the same products of different batches are not allowed to be confused;
